Why these six weeks

Small changes, practiced together, add up.

You don't have to change everything at once. Each Monday we focus on one practical habit, try it during the week, and come back to share what worked.

It's built on the ideas in my forthcoming 40th book — eating rhythm, movement and recovery — made simple enough to fit a real life.

Jorge's coaching framework

Your starting map.

Create your digital four-step Longevity Map before the sessions begin, then revisit it in Week 1. This is my coaching framework — a way to organize your habits, not a medical hierarchy.

  1. 01

Define what more time means to you

Name your own healthspan and lifespan goals — the energy, strength and moments you want more of. No promised number of years.

  2. 02

    Note your starting point

A waist measurement can be one useful personal marker to track over time. It's not a diagnosis, and there's no universal cutoff.

  3. 03

    Find a workable meal window

Choose an eating window that fits your day. The free assessment offers an eating-window starting point only.

  4. 04

    Plan your hunger support

Nourishment and hydration, a short emotional pause, and connection with others.

The Longevity Map — Jorge's coaching framework.

The Longevity Map

Base · Belly Goes First — Physical hunger, Emotional hunger and Social hunger.

Middle · Muscular Repair — Skeletal, Cardio and Balance.

Top · Circadian Repair — aim for about 8 hours of sleep; individual needs vary.

The Path · What to learn next

Six weeks. A clear path.

Focus the teaching. Build healthy habits together.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Belly Goes First

Understand physical, emotional and social hunger. Choose practical support for your daily routine.

  2. Weeks 3–4

    Muscular Repair

Build strength, cardiovascular fitness and balance. Choose movements that fit your starting point.

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Circadian Repair

Create a repeatable sleep and wake rhythm. Refine your evening routine and review your progress.

A learning sequence, not a waiting period. Movement and sleep habits can begin from day one.

Revisit your map in Week 1; complete this first practice block after Week 2.

The Routine · What to repeat

Small actions. Repeatable days.

The map becomes a practice, not another thing to memorize.

  1. Start with intention

Notice your energy. Choose one practical focus.

  2. Support hunger

Identify the kind of hunger. Use your chosen support.

  3. Move with purpose

Follow your movement plan. Adjust to how you feel.

  4. Protect your sleep

Keep a steady daily rhythm. Make room to wind down.

Once a week

Reflect. Adjust. Continue.

  • What worked?
  • What felt difficult?
  • What is one useful change?

A sample rhythm, adapted to your needs. Personal guidance and clinical care belong alongside the map.

The method

One method. Three levels.

Each two-week block has a primary focus, with recommended complements. You keep every habit going — movement and good sleep matter from day one.

Level 1 · Weeks 1–2

Belly Goes First.

Waist size is one useful personal marker to notice — not a diagnosis. In this first block you practise a personal eating window, nourishment and hydration, and a response to emotional and social hunger. Results vary; there is no guaranteed order or amount of fat loss.

Visceral body fat illustration — from lean to high
Visceral fat is the yellow tissue packed deep inside — wrapped around the liver, intestines, and stomach — not the pinch you can grab under the skin. That's the fat that drives insulin resistance and shortens lifespan, and it's the fat that goes first inside an 8-hour eating window.

Illustrative teaching concept: visceral fat sits deep around the organs, unlike the fat under the skin. Not a diagnosis or a predicted result.

Level 2 · Weeks 3–4

Muscular repair.

Strength, stamina and balance support everyday life at any age. Each illustration below is an existing teaching concept with its own slider; practise at a level that suits your starting point.

Sedentary muscle

Cross-section of a sedentary thigh — a thick pale ring of body fat surrounding shrunken muscle and a thin bone.

Pale ring = body fat · thin bone

SedentaryResistance-trained

Strength — illustrative thigh cross-section, not your predicted result.

Non-endurance-trained muscle

Cross-section of non-endurance-trained skeletal muscle — pale, oxygen-starved fibres with only a sparse network of capillaries.

Sparse web = starved tissue · low VO₂ max

Non-endurance-trainedEndurance-trained

Stamina — illustrative capillary density, not a measured treatment result.

Standing

Illustration of a man standing; his eyes, inner ear and feet light up in sequence as the stabilizer muscles catch him after a slip.

The catch happens before the thought. Train instability, not load.

Balance — eyes, inner ear, feet and stabilizing muscles work together. Illustrative only.

Level 3 · Weeks 5–6

Circadian repair.

A cool, dark room, a consistent sleep schedule and daylight earlier in the day. Everyday sleep support — not blue-light therapy or a universal fixed repair window.

Illustrative 24-hour rhythm; individual sleep needs and timing vary.

Illustrations are teaching concepts, not controlled treatment results. Keep appropriate movement, nourishment, connection and rest going throughout all six weeks.

Your six weeks.

  2. Week 2 · Monday, December 7, 2026

    Understand your hunger

Explore physical nourishment, an emotional Smile/Breathe/Move pause, and social connection. Support is central, not a bonus.

  3. Week 3 · Monday, December 14, 2026

    Build useful strength

Practice appropriate, home-friendly resistance moves for everyday life.

  4. Week 4 · Monday, December 21, 2026

    Add stamina and balance

Explore cardiovascular fitness and safe balance practice, adapted to your ability and fall risk.

  5. Week 5 · Monday, December 28, 2026

    Make room for recovery

Build consistent sleep opportunity, morning and daytime light cues, and workable daily timing.

  6. Week 6 · Monday, January 4, 2027

    Make it your routine

Bring eating rhythm, movement, sleep and support into a repeatable plan beyond the six weeks.

A note from Jorge

Thirty years, and it's still about people.

For thirty years I've coached people who were busy, tired and ready to begin again. What I've learned is simple: nobody changes alone, and nobody needs to change everything at once.

That's why this challenge is free, and why we'll meet live every Monday. I want you to leave with a routine that feels like yours — and a few people cheering you on.

— Jorge Cruise
