California Transparency in Supply Chains
Last updated · July 2026
This disclosure is made in accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657).
We work only with vetted partners for our books, apparel, and — through Zero Hunger Water — our functional beverage. Our partners are contractually required to comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery, human trafficking, and human rights.
Verification, audits, and certification
We periodically review supplier practices and require written certification of compliance from direct suppliers. We do not use independent third-party verification at this time; when we scale, we will publish our audit program here.
Accountability
Any employee or contractor found to be in violation of these standards is subject to termination.
Training
Staff with supply-chain responsibility receive briefings on the risks of trafficking and slavery in consumer-goods supply chains.
