After my 1998 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show, I was beyond thrilled when Oprah called again — this time asking me to be her "centerfold." You might be wondering, what does that mean? In January 2005, Oprah graced the cover of O Magazine looking radiant and strong, and inside the centerfold were my 8 Minutes in the Morning book workouts — two simple, powerful moves designed to build lean muscle fast.
That feature brought my mission to millions. These same "O to Go" routines became a global phenomenon, helping people realize they didn't need a gym — just eight focused minutes and consistency. With a foreword by my friend Tony Robbins, the book showed that transformation starts with belief, not equipment.
Oprah's headline captured it best: Let's Lose Weight Fast! But her real message was deeper — small daily wins create lasting change.
