One of my dearest friends and wellness colleagues is Dr. Mindy Pelz, author of Fast Like a Girl. From the moment we met, we became instant friends. She even hosted a beautiful dinner to mark the unofficial launch of Zero Hunger Water® and toasted, "Thank you from all the fasters — we need something to drink in our fasting windows." I'm deeply grateful for her encouragement as we prepare to launch Zero Hunger Water® next year.
