So a lot of times I get asked, “What if I don’t like coffee?” A big part of my lifestyle plan, Cruise Control, is the 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window, aka intermittent fasting.

For my plan, if I get hungry in the morning, I’ll make myself a Cruise Control coffee.
