Being a fitness trainer and an active guy in general, I love the results I get from working out. Therefore, I’m always willing to make it a priority and put in the time. In addition to the coaching sessions I sweat through with my celebrity clients, I also work individual exercise into my weekly routine to keep the activity level high. If you want to take better control of your health and tone up that body, you need to work hard!  

But what if I told you there was a super-cool, cutting-edge fitness system that squeezes in the benefits of over two hours of high-intensity exercise in just 21 minutes? You heard me right — your body gets the equivalent of 2½ hours of hardcore exercise in a 21-minute, low-intensity interval workout. It’s called Vasper, and it’s a fitness miracle machine!

This simulates the effect of an intense exercise session that would typically take WAY more time and effort.

The cooling feature of this amazing machine helps fight post-workout pain. How? Well, research shows that remaining cool during exercise allows blood oxygen levels to remain high, which makes exercising more efficient — and more pleasant, since sweating is also dramatically reduced.
