In the past few years, I’ve become a big believer in FAT! You heard me right, I love eating fat, and it’s become my mission to spread the word about how important good fats are, and how they’re actually essential to a healthy diet. Eating more fat has completely changed the structure my own diet and eating habits, and it’s literally the magic sauce in my Cruise Control Fasting program. It’s the amazing element that makes my spin on intermittent fasting possible.
