Some days, in the life of a celebrity fitness trainer, I’m required to travel a lot to work with clients, meet with partners, appear on television shows, soon I’ll be going on a book tour for my new book, “The Cruise Control Diet”, coming out in April,  and I’ll be on the go all day.

I tell all my celebrity clients when they have no time to eat always to carry some healthy fat. For some that’s easy, but for many it’s hard. Fat is the perfect snack because small amounts will satiate you so you’re not hungry and can wait until your next meal to eat.

If you follow me on Instagram you’ve seen me most multiple times about my all-time favorite on the go snack. It’s called FBOMB. Don’t you love how provocative it is?! It’s a classic play on words, because to most people the word “fat” means something we should stay away from. I’m here to tell you, that you can eat FAT to get FIT. I swear!

FBOMB makes top notch oils and delicious nut butters so you can have options when you’re feeling something sweet or something salty.

My favorite when I’m on the go is to carry around the olive oil packets and sprinkle it on a salad when I’m running around. Often times the ones offered at restaurants or cafes are full of sugar and end up defeating the purpose of having a salad all together.

My kids, however,  love the Macademia nut butter. You literally just massage the contents,  rip off the top, move the butter to the top, and enjoy! It’s as easy as that. A delicious buttery snack that wards off hunger. Now you can see why I’m posting about it all the time, it’s like magic!
