MCT oil, or medium chain triglycerides, comes from coconut oil. It’s one of the healthiest fats and can be used to satiate hunger.

MCT oil is odorless, colorless, and stays liquid at room temperature so it’s easy to add to anything you want to drink.

I use up tp 3 tablespoons of it in the morning in my morning coffee if I’m hungry and want to remain in fasting state until 12 or 1pm when I have my first meal.
