Swap high-calorie mashed potatoes for this delicious plant-based favorite made from cauliflower. With only 100 calories per serving, this easy-to-make dish will help you eat off the pounds especially during the holiday


1 head of cauliflower
1/2 cup unsweetened almond  or coconut milk
1 teaspoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Chives, thinly chopped
Optional: 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold Grass Fed Butter


  1. Steam cauliflower for 12–15 minutes or until very tender.
  2. Drain and dry cauliflower, and transfer to large bowl.
  3. Add the milk, oil, sour cream, salt and pepper, then mash until smooth.
  4. Top with chives.
  5. Enjoy!
