Detoxification generally means cleansing the blood, which is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are then processed for elimination from the body.

  • Find a Comfortable Temperature. There is a general, optimal range for the best detox benefits, but within that window, choose a temp you’re comfortable with.
  • Rinse Off. After each session, remember to dry off with a towel. It’s best to let your body cool off naturally, while still burning calories. Finish it off with — you guessed it — a glass of water!

I’ve been a weight loss and fitness trainer for over 25 years now, and it’s been my mission and passion in life to find the most effective, current, and science-backed ways to get my clients to reach their goals.
