I always have a bottle of water with me almost everywhere I go. It’s one of my biggest secrets to not just having a great workout but to also making sure I don’t feel a false sense of hunger from being dehydrated. So many times my celebrity clients, think they’re hungry, but they’re just dehydrated from not drinking enough water.

I would encourage you right now to make sure you’re drinking water today, but make sure you add minerals to your H2O. You can add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt to your water with a little lemon, and that will help tremendously.

My preferred secret to rapid hydration is using Lyteline mineral rip packs. There are tiny little white satchels of minerals that you squirt into your water. It takes any water in turns it into super water.
