Dear help...13 pounds is a lot of weight to lose at one time, my daughter was half that when she was born, not to mention fat cells are big and round and take up a lot of space so visually it will be a huge difference (no pun intended). Not to mention you ned to give your skin a little time to bounce back. I just graduated nursing school and during clinical rotations the majority of my patients were diabetics, had high blood pressure, obesity, leg amputation,renal failure, blindness and I was giving each patient up to 15 meds a day to control all this.These are not fun diseases. The price you end up paying in the end with these illnesses is a lot more than what is asked in this program.
