I just started the 12 second sequence two weeks ago and its great but I want to know if I would get the same awesome results with the home body book and not have to go to the gym after the first month?
I want to get in super great shape but money is tight.

I do better with DVDs. Why don't you ever run the lessons on DVDs????

I can guarantee you I've tried them all!! Every diet out there, nothing works, so what makes this one so different?

I am so disappointed that there always seems to be some gimmick..... For you not to be happy by having people pre order a book, NO, NO you have to pre order THREE, or THIRTY-FIVE, OR FIVE HUNDRED........to be able to get the audiobook for free. Good heavens.....
I have been anxiously watching and listening only NOW to find out the "book" will not be out the first of December but now not until the end of December.

I'm 35 and it's 3 years after my son's birth...I only need to lose 12 or 13 pounds...can I really do it in 2 or 3 weeks if I buy your book and follow it? I eat pretty healthily now, whole grains at every meal, salad for lunch, just like a soda or donut a few times a week. I've lost 8 pounds in the last 10 weeks, but would love to expedite this and be done with it once and for all. (As well as have my family eat more healthfully into the future.)

I cannot eat any foods with casein or glutin. This means no milk products except butter and no flour or grains except millet, buckwheat, and brown rice. Will your book have very many recipes that I will be able to use?

I signed up for the 12 week course; why can't we have the book as well thrown in; seems it would supplement what you are teaching. ALso, why didn't you have alink this week to your latest sequence?

I agree with Adriana. For $400 I think that should include the book!

Please include the book w/ the $400 course. I haven't an option at watching the weekly exchanges and so far what I've paid for has just given me the free email subscription. I haven't a clue what I'm supposed to be doing yet because I can't plug in to the weekly sessions! The book would be an expensive piece of literature, but at least it would be Something!

I was just browsing the preview pages of the book on Amazon and wonder why you recommend that women take their waist measurement at their belly button?

I have never seen any woman whose waist was at their belly button! That may a good way for a man to measure his waist but not most females!

I just took measurements on my two daughters and myself. My youngest daughter (age 9 & 4'9") has a waist 1" above her BB.

My oldest daughter (age 12, almost 13 is 5'4") has her waist 3" above her BB.

My waist is 4" above my BB and I am 5'6"...

I'm with you Marcia. I get so tired of these caring guru types and the come on to buy their products. I could not bear the cost of the coaching ,so I I've been waiting with baited breath for the book. At this point I just hope it is all it is claimed to be.
For four hundred dollars Jorge needs to come hold my hand and issue out meager portions of food to me. After feeding me he needs to slowly move my body parts around to provide the needed exercise.
We need to for a fall out group to keep up with what really works when we try to apply his principles.

I don't understand your offer. Why would I want 3 copies of the same book? What is the Quick Start Coaching Audiobook? Is it part of the book or something else? What is the PDF of Chapter 2? Is this from the book? What about chapter 1? Also, I'm leaving on vacation for 2 weeks in the morning so will not be able to even consider this until my return so I guess I lose out? his is kind of a short notice and short deadline.

My goodness, I can't believe all the negatively on this blog. No wonder everyone is so fat. People - think of what you want - not of what you don't want. Working with just 3 pieces of information that I got from Jorge I was able to lose 4 lbs and 2 inches in one week. That was by watching my carb intake of 120g a day approximately and 15g of sugar, and making the pizza. I do go over my sugar intake because I am addicted to Starbucks frappacinos - but I managed to go down from a Vente to a Tall and no cream.

I won't eat or drink anything with hfcs any more which leaves out most foods on the supermarket shelves. I have also substituted some of my coffee with green tea. I am feeling good, and hope to lose 25 more lbs. I kept a diary of the food I was eating the first week too and the carb and sugar levels. I am excited about getting the book, and I have pre-ordered 3 books, which is probably not enough!!!

I joined the full-fledged program and have seen some good results. The time difference between the Pacific coast and Germany means I can't join the live sessions so I'm basically just waiting week to week for the new material and videos. For $400, I would think it only appropriate to receive a complimentary copy of the book, at least in PDF format. I'm a little disappointed that we're being charged even more money for a book covering everything we're learning in the 12 weeks. Won't you please consider rewarding those who paid so much money for the program the opportunity of acquiring the book or PDF without having to pay more money?

Wow. It seems you people are not only overweight, but you're also high. Did the $400 program say it included this book? NO. Then why would you 'deserve' one? If you thought it should include the book, then you shouldn't have done it without one. Why do you have to buy three books? You don't! And he doesn't have to give you ANYTHING more for buying even 1000! What are you people, five years old? He should have to hand feed you? Listen to yourselves, no wonder you're overweight. ME, ME, ME! Why don't you get up off your overweight rear end and do something for someone else? I'd buy the 35 books myself and GIVE them to all you cry babies if I didn't know you are too lazy to read it, much less apply the principles. I agree with all the "negative comments" above. For what we paid, the book should be included. And to have to buy 3 of them to get the "free" video is rediculous. When I started this my husband said this was a scam but I thought it was worth a try. Now I wish I had listened to him! Especially since I've followed the program faithfully and have only lost a few pounds. I guess you can tell that I'm angry and this "free offer" really upsets me!
