Hi Jorge, I like your program but wanted to let you know that you are GORGEOUS!

How is your program different from Atkins? Seems very similar.

Jorge, I'm sending blessings your way today. You've helped me so much in my endeavor to eat healthy and stay fit. Your daily tips on health and nutrition are always taken to heart, body, mind and soul. Since I've been receiving your emails, for some time now, I've dropped from 220 lbs. to 185 lbs. It does take a transformation of the mind when it comes to our choice of foods. You've taught me and I've also been teaching my family to make healthy choices and about diet and exercise. You are a great and very inspirational fitness coach and nutritionist. I find myself often recommending you to anyone wanting, needing, willing to listen to the important food, exercise and health issues that you share.

I can't thank you enough for the inspiration you have given me and those whom I love, MY FAMILY.

By the way my annual physical was so outstanding that the doctor called me himself to tell me what ever I was doing to keep on doing it. Thanks Jorge!

I noted with interest in your Costco article (surviving the holidays) your dismissing margarine as being loaded with hydrogenated fats; you recommended butter instead. Are you familiar with Smart Balance (emulsified, not hydrogenated) - developed in accordance with Brandeis University' research to help improve HDL/LDL ratio? That cannot be said for butter. Moreover, it is for the holidays that treats were created! To be enjoyed in small amounts, true, but enjoyed nonetheless. Can peppermint tea really satisfy the same craving as eggnog? I'm just sayin'........

Jorge

Will you be making an app for the Iphone that will track carb and sugar consumption, and allow me to look up common foods and find both the sugar and carb content for that food?

October 8, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterBarbara

I signed up for the 12 week program, I didn't want to take the chance to see if I could win the contest from the magazine and then have to wait until after Christmas to start - I want to start now so bad - like today!!! Today I started counting sugar grams, but I don't know anything about the how the s/c ratio is calculated - any of your books that are currently out that I can look at in the bookstores to get a good idea? I looked at the 3 hr diet - but no sugars are listed for the recipes! I am motivated now - and that is the best time to get started!

Hi Jorge,

Is your program doctor approved/certified. FDA recommends daily servings of fruits and vegetables. I'm a lacto-vegetarian. How can I limit my daily sugar consumption to 15g? Won't I get that from just milk and vegetables. Won't every vegetarian ingredient has sugar along with carb in it. Thank you for your help

Love all that you are saying. It's common sense.
Utilizing OsoLean, the new technology of FAT LOSS product, with your teachings is an outstanding combo. Lost 40lbs without any struggle!
Check it out. It stops your body from storing fat naturally and then turns it onto burning your current fat for fuel. All natural and from food! Studies are impressive. Also, you burn the fat around the muscle and it has the same nitrogen balance that body builders are looking for, so you really get sculpture!

You build lean muscle while burning and losing your fat. It's not about pounds. It's about inches!

Eating healthy like Jorge says and doing the OsoLean is a.....Great Combo!
Check it out! http://www.Mannapages.com/myfuture
Look for OsoLean under the Weight & Fitness Product section.

Thank you so much for all the information you have been making available, and your 12 week program sounds amazing, but I'll have to wait for your book. God Bless you for all your energy and time you are putting into this and I so wish I could participate, but financially we are not able to, but is an incredible value for all who can. Thank you again for all you do. Katherine

Hi: Thanks for all the good info.
Would you please ask me again to join in about 3 months? I feel this is not the right time as I am having surgery soon.
I really want to do this.
Thanks

October 11, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterArlene

I can't afford your program so, I can hardly wait for the book! People ask me how far along I am! And I am NOT pregnant! Please HELP me! I also have the fatty liver that hurts! PLEASE HELP!

October 11, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterBobbi

Couldn't agree more with Kim's Oct 7 comment. On all of my packaging, there are "total carbs" and sugar makes up a subset of this total. Eg 11g total carbs OF WHICH 6g is sugar. So is 11g of the 120g of carbs or 5g cards and 6 sugar?

It is important that we understand this if the program os to be successful.

Also, as a signed up participant in the 12 week program, participating from Australia (and Jorge said you could participate from anywhere in the world), I trust that the recommended products have been checked to ensure that they are available outside the US. Otherwise, non-US people will be doomed to failure. Please respond Jorge

Hi, George I lost 82 lbs in 7 months on your program and ive kept it off for 2 years I would love for you to contact me so I can have my picture posted in your next book or do a commercial. I brought the book from walmart but gave it to a friend so I was just googling please contact me to send pictures everyone says I NEED TO BE IN A COMMERCIAL!

Hi Jorge,
I just picked up the 12-second sequence DVD and all throughout the booklet it talks about "Create a personalized program that will shrink your waist in 2 weeks for FREE!" Except, I can't find anywhere on your site to do this. I'm really just looking for the the 7-Day Grid—exclusive tool to plan your workouts and meals all in one place. Where can I find it?

October 12, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterGia

Wish you could give a strict vegetarian diet for losing weight. Also all the brands and food items you talk about are not freely available here. We do not use olive oil for cooking at all. Groundnut oil and Sunflower oil and mustard oil are more commonly used.

October 13, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterTJ

Jorge, what about the product "Sweet One"? Can you check this product out and tell us if it's an acceptable form of sweetner? It's no longer in the supermarkets but you can order it online. Also, is Maltitol something we can find in the grocery store? Otherwise we are spending lots of money to special order items like this...which can get quite costly. I don't know if anyone has tasted Truvia but it's just plain awful. I would have to substitute this for another sweetner even if it's against the diet protocol. Or I'd rather go without if I'm forced to consumer Truvia. Yucko! Sorry Jorge - just being honest here. Maybe you can give us some alternative ideas. Thanks, Theresa in Florida

October 13, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterTheresa

For those who don't want to pay for packets of Truvia and you want to have the same sugar substitute in bulk can buy Erythritol in bulk form (same main ingredient in Truvia) at SwansonVitamins.com. Packets are great for on-the-go but bulk is much less expensive to use. I've been ordering from Swansons for over 20 years and they have great customer service and fantastic prices. Check 'em out...and be sure to look up Erythritol on their website.

I think I joined the 12 week coaching program some time ago but did not give my method of payment and was not advised that I could pay in payments which I would like to do. If by some mistake I did not register please let me know and I will have to go on the wait list. Please advise
Thanks, Lynn

Do you have to eat soluble and insoluble fibre to lose false belly fat. Just wondering if I took psyillium husk for my daily fibre intake, would this be effective enough or would I need 30 grams of insoluble fibre to get rid of false belly fat ?

Hello Jorge,

I've signed up for your 12-week online Belly Fat Cure which is supposed to begin next Monday. I am very anxious to get started, and I'm wondering if there is anything special I should be buying at the store ( I'm In Hawaii, and can't find Clemmy's anywhere! ).
Aloha,
Betsy.

October 13, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterBetsy Curtis

Hi all! This is for those of you who live near Colorado Springs. I was just visiting Sunflower Market at Dublin and Academy and I requested they carry Clemmy's. If you can, please go in and request it too! I told them about Jorge Cruise and the 12 Week Belly Fat Cure and that this is one of the foods on our "plate", and that if they carry Clemmy's they'll corner the market because there is nooooo one nearby who carries it!

Again bummer Jorge :( On a fixed income, can't do anything intil the first of the month, I don't have it Now, but will then to begin to make monthy payments. Guess I will be waiting for the book to come out in late Dec or jan. Good luck to you, and thank you

October 15, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterHey Jorge

I think it's great you are offering payment options for those of us who are really hurting financially. But why are you penalizing us by making your program $125 more expensive if we choose the 6 month payment plan? I know that if I can't afford $397 right now, I can't afford a total of $522 whether it's spread out across 6 months or not. Why isn't it the same price - only spread out across 6 months? Why are we being charged the additional $125? Looks like I'm going to have to wait for the book. :(

October 15, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterKathleen

Hi all! Very few companies will finance something for you at the same price as if you'd paid 100% up front.

There are costs associated with putting something of this magnitude together. If you don't pay 100% up front for this, Jorge's company is temporarily absorbing the costs for you. His company is also taking a risk by offering payment plans.

As much as I believe Jorge cares about all of us this IS a business and there are costs associated with running the business.

Is there supposed to be a free 40 page report about the Belly Fat Cure? I've been searching the web-site, but I don't see it. I see the 4 page transcript, but I thought there was supposed to be another free download.

October 15, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterMark R.

I simply love Stevia and Xylitol. I have switch to those products four years back. I need to know how to cook and mostly I need to know how to bake with these products. I am anxious to make your brownie recipe. I hope you will have more recipes using these products. THANK YOU for allowing the program to extend and include me....I am just so thrilled. Here we go everyone...I will be thinking of you all as we all start this together.

Hi, Jorge!

My brother is getting married soon, and my mom is struggling to lose some weight for the wedding. What is the best way to get her on your diet as soon as possible so that she can start losing weight now? Thanks so much!

Rachel

October 16, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterREbb

All these sugar alcohols eg mannitol and xylitol are not well-absorbed by the body and can cause severe bloating and diarrhoea when taken in excessive amounts. This does not sound like a very healthy alternative to sugar and the glycaemic indices are very similar meaning the insulin response would be similar. You seem to base a lot or your food recommendations on things you can only buy in the US. What about us Europeans???

October 16, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterKate

what about probiotics and digestive flora like yogurts and organic kombucha tea?

I just listened to one of the videos and it said how to lose weight eating chocolate and ice cream... I know the chocolate is the 85% dark cocoa , but what kind of ice cream could you use on this plan??? From what I can see it is loaded with sugar??? ( I LOVE ice cream...)

October 16, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterLinda

Never mind,,, I just got my answer.. on THIS website lol...just a bit different than the last one i listened to... and I am on my way tomorrow to hunt down Clemmy's!!!!!

Since watching some of your videos, I've gotten excited about the weight loss potential. I've been using SparkPeople.com for a week, to help motivate me to live more healthfully, and it's working. And/But? The food logging I do there is tied into fat, calorie, carb & protein intake. Nothing about sugar is easily recorded.

I'm trying to figure out a good way of transitioning to your eating plan without losing my momentum.

An online app will be the ticket, as I record things electronically. And maybe an iPhone app? Please? Pretty please???

Hello there- of course your diet works- it reduces the intake of everyone who tries it. After more years as a personal trainer than you have been alive, I can tell you that there is NO such thing as "spot reduction". Have you ever seen a POW with belly fat left? People with belly fat simply are taking in more calories than they are burning off- and pandering to them with voodo cures in order to line your pocket is really awful. For shame, Jorge, for shame. There is also no such thing as the mysterious "toxins" you like to throw around- you are like a chiropractor who claims to cure allergies. I know there are plenty of vulnerable and gullible folks out there looking to not have to train hard and diet carefully, and you have captured some of their money, but that doesn't make you a good person for it. Sorry- you are a classic fraud, in my professional opinion. And I have seen many, many people get fit the correct way.

To Michael (4 posts above me),

YOUR way has never worked for me and what Jorge is saying falls in line with what I've been thinking for decades: we are not built to tolerate the sugars we as a culture consume today. We have bad habits we need to change, and some of us have been doing it YOUR way for SO long that we need coaching (support) and a community of people (support) to make permanent changes in our lives.

When you come on here and attempt to knock Jorge down you are also telling me that you KNOW me, that you UNDERSTAND me and that you think I am STUPID for taking this direction. How.... DARE.... YOU! Most of the people coming under Jorge's wing these next 12 weeks have tried it YOUR way... have tried it EVERY OTHER WAY... with no permanent, long term success.

I will be the VERY FIRST to shout from the rooftop if Jorge Cruise's way doesn't CHANGE MY LIFE!

As an aside, perhaps a POW has no belly fat but your logic makes no sense. No belly fat, yes - but they are truly unhealthy as well.

Also, toxins are NO mystery and you would be naive to believe otherwise.

Regards,
Jennifer in Colorado Springs

P.S. To anyone "sitting on the fence" right now. DO IT! Just sign up and DO IT! You know that you are looking at this right at this very moment because NOTHING else has worked for you. Jorge is giving you one week to change your mind and he'll give you back every penny of your money if you are not THRILLED within the very first week.

I tried to log in to obtain my course materials. I do not remember the password - what I thought password was rejected. and am not positive of user name I used - I can not find my notes. When I tried to submit the forgot password, I was told my email address was not on file and that I was not enrolled in the course. My order number in 150091265. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
