I have received many emails from my FREE email club members asking me to do a LIVE coaching program THIS year -- before December 28, 2009, when the Belly Fat Cure book comes out. My schedule will allow me to do a 12-week program starting in early October (I was originally only doing 8 weeks, but 12 weeks will ensure you get through the first week of January -- the most important week of the year to have support).
The coaching will consist of 12 weeks of LIVE video meetings with me as well as daily video coaching. This program will truly provide maximum accountability and success for you. It's very limited to only a small group.

I would like the coaching to tie everything together. I feel like I have bits and pieces and trying to put everything together on an ongoing day to day basis is not an easy task for me. A day to day plan/push or outline would help a lot with both eating and exercise. Info, ideas, Suggestions, substitutions and anything to expand my knowledge of the Belly Fat Cure.
I would love to see exercise information (how often, how long, how intense), some recipes, motivational information, and eating out information. Thank you for your help.
I would like a recipie for a iced coffie drink, and for smoothies without banannas please. a meal for before workout and after. A eating plan for people with thyroid problems. I am a bad eater and I fast a lot.

Hi Jorge, I am a Type 1 Diabetic and I am very interested in this program. I would be very curious to learn how well your 8 week program would effect my A1C level. I am a sweet lover, especially chocolate! I downloaded your brownie recipe and will give it a try. Please let me know if the 8 week program still has room and if my schedule and yours will work out. Oh, I have "dabbled" with the Belly Fat Cure and I have seen some results. I would like this to be my way of life. Hope to hear from you. Have a great day!

Dear Jorge, Hi I read your e-book and was very inspired by the results but more so by the passion you have for the program. I am compulsive overeater and chronic dieter. I have been on so many diets Iit would make your head spin. I have gained about 15 pounds over the last year due to stress and binge eating. I exercise on a daily basis but the weight won't come off and I feel horrible. I would love the support of the 8 week peogram but if not I plan to go ahead on my own. 5 1/2 years ago i turned my life around
using you as my guide i went on to lose 60 lbs over the course of a year
developed healthy eating habits
worked my body everyday
and maintained it along with my husband who joined me every step of the way
then i got pregnant
and gained back a lot of the pounds
as did my husband
ate poorly and so had no energy and so stopped moving
i have 40 more to lose
i've not had a guide
and now i am coming back to the one program that actually worked for me and my husband
so here i am
back with the program :)

I'm not sure what happened to my metabolism or my body, but about a year ago I started getting a belly, which I had never had before. I have since gained a great deal of weight and am having a terrible time losing any of it...and my belly is not getting any smaller. My blood pressure is high and so is my bad cholesterol. I am fearful for my health, but no matter how hard I try, I cannot seem to stay on the diets I try or lose any of the weight I've gained. I wish your book was coming out sooner than December 28.
I would love to be part of your 8 week program. But if space is not available, I would truly appreciate being able to somehow follow the program.

I would just love to have a guide tio help me day to day so I can stay motivated and learn new ways of eating and facts that I didnt know before!! best of all i would just like to see RESULTS!! I am 22 years old I would really love some insight and would love to follow this 8 week program. If I survive four more months I'll reach 74. I am in pretty good shape (for an old man; 6'-0", 187 lbs). I, and my friend (age 58 and lookin' like a teenager ... absolutely truly factual! 5'-2" and 113 lbs) have both some gained belly fat. I have love handles and she has stubburn "menopot".
We are both interested in your program yet watch our foods closely being careful not to use hydrogenated anything, never use refined sugars, we watch fats and seek to eat veggies and white meats and limit even whole grain bread etc. We STILL need guidance since both are frustrated in attempts to control our weights and bodies. We are a challenge but do not understand why! Looking forward to participating.

I'm 54, so I know all the answers, I have your books. My problem is about 3 weeks in I get lazy with the meals, choices, etc. I need motivation.
I would like you to continue throughout the training giving us ideas on what foods to have on hand for a quick meal or snack. So, when we're in a hurry or disorganized, we can make a wise choice. I'm hoping if I get a space on your program, just knowing you're there to answer our questions and motivate us everyday, will make it much easier than on our own.
Today I just started the 12 second sequence exercise program combined with the 3 hour diet... Say a prayer for me!!
It would be nice to have coaching on how much to eat every day (not just carbs and sugar, but protein as well). It would also be great to have lots of gluten-free ideas. (I love your bacon pizza idea, but I'm gluten intolerant!)

I would love to have something on ways to keep motivated and how to survive the holidays. Also, how to make sure the plan fits your normal level of daily activities - sedentary job vs physical labor, male or female, size of the person as smaller people burn fewer calories than larger people (my 6 ft 2 in nephew burns more calories than I do at 50 lbs overweight and 61 inches tall).

I first saw about the belly fat program last April but was too late to try and get into it so without any guidance I lost 40 lbs just watching my sugar intake. I still need to lose another 35 and have hit a plateau I guess and though I now have energy to exercise I need specific ways to eat. Unfortunately living in northern New England I do not have access to most of the products that are recommended.
Jorge I have had great success with your 8 minutes in the morning program a few years back losing 50 pounds, but when my wife got pregnant with our son Joshua we both put on the pounds. I have since been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes and have been struggling the last 2 years to get my blood sugar under control even with medication. I now know I have to make lasting changes in my Diet or I will die at an early age. I would so love to be part of your 12 week challenge and make the changes I need to be healthy and be there for the long haul for my wife and 3 kids. Thank you.
I LIVE IN SAN DIEGO!!! Jorge, we are neighbors. I need help. I'm 51 and my cholesterol is just to high. What do I eat? How often do I need to exercise. There is too much out there that I need it simplfied.
Jorge, I am usually a bit skeptic about those diets. I have been working out with a trainer for 2 months, adjusted my eating habits to my workout but haven't lost any weight/inches so far. I understand that with age it becoms harder but after 2 months I am getting a bit discouraged. Why would I lose with your program?

Just saw you on Trya, I really need to be part of this program, i have tried everthing to lose weight, and this is my last straw. I just turned 41, and have been under a lot of stress, and the belly fat does not want to move!

NO the key to lose belly fat is by eating the right amounts of sugar and carbs... read my transcript / report on the home page of the site. Exercising is to tone and firm... Eat the right levels of sugar and carbs and the belly fat will come off!!

First of all, Thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention it is super simple, but no one is doing it!! .. I am so excited about this program.. I would like to see meal/snack plans that don't break the budget and family friendly.. it would be great to get everyone in my family eating healthy all the time!!
I would love to sign up for your program.. I used to be super slim with a high metabolism (size 4-6) and now, after 2 children and bad choices have gain alot of weight.. (size 14-18) especially around the belly and behind areas.. Will look for sign-ups!

I have been trying to lose weight for the past 4 months with success. I have done everything you are suppose to "traditionally" do such as count calories, low fat, low carbs with very little success. I need help. If you can offer a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. I exercise on average 3 to 5 days a week for 30 to 60 days, depending on the type of exercises I perform that day. PLEASE HELP!!!

I really hope to be a member of this small group. Not only do I want to lose the weight and belly fat. but my Doctor says I need to as well. My blood pressure is extremly high that I take meds and my chlorestoral is getting high now. I am only 35 yrs old. Oldest of 5 siblings no kids and never married. If I ever want to have kids and be here to see them grow up, lik my siblings, I need to get healthy.
I watched the video with Dr. Oz on how to measure your belly .... but what is that is small and the belly is lower? ..... Like a snowman. That is so embarassing to say.... But that is how I look. :(

I have been on a diet for over a year and have lost 113 pounds. For the last 4 months I have been gaining and re-loosing 22 pounds. I saw you on the Tyra Show today and was quite impressed with your comments about sugar and carbohydrates and what you can do about it. I would like to participate in your 8/12 week program to get my eating life style turned around. I am really a very unimaginative cook and would benefit greatly in the areas of menu planning and receipts. I really appreciated reading the many comments your listening audience provided. They are all great.
How will you let the participants know they have been selected for the 8/12 week program?

In addition to all of the good suggestions previously highlighted, I would like to see a tie into daily journaling of food intake and how to best do that. Certainly recipes and exchange ideas would be great and I personally would like to contribute to that effort. Although not a culinary trained chef, I am an inventive and creative cook who explores many different ethnic dishes and has learned to adopt and adapt. I would like to be able to see some sort of recipe feedback or exchange component to be sure I am REALLY understanding the BF principles. Thanks for continuing to explain to the world it is about the SUGAR and not many other things as we have been led to believe.

I am over 50, overweight, highly stressful job and have lost and gained weight my entire life going from 350 to 165 and everywhere in between, I am now back to 265 and miserable.
